I have completed a web site and have assigned all of the files under a
folder called sample. This is so I can look at it on the internet and
others can not except the persons I am doing the site for. Now I want to
make the site so it can now be seen by the public. I have tried to
transfer all of the files to a public_html folder in the FTP and also www.
However none worked. On the internet it states this as restricted. So how
can I make the total site viewable by the public? What do I have to do in
the FTP to make this happen? I appreciate your immediate assistance.
Note: I feel that the only way I can place the web site on the internet is
to delete the sample file and start all over again. This I really do not
want to do. Again what I did was move all of the files under sample in the
FTP under a new folder public_html. However I do see that the files do no
actually go in the right column. They are not in the second column.

 **sample
     *index.html

I need to be able to place the index.html under the second asterisk.
Actually the first asterisk is an triangle. The second is a folder.
The asterick in front of index shows a page. When I put a new folder in the
FTP (public_html) and move all of my files under it they fall under the p
 in public.
The rest of my sub folders fall under the s in sample.
I hope this helps to see what is happening. Without the ability to take a
shot at my FTP and place it in this email the above is as close as I can
 get.
 I really need help ASAP.
I appreciate anything you can assist me on.
I just looked at the preview and it did not show what I tried to show you.
If you send an email I could take a picture and send it back to you.
 Thanks

 Morys
