 Since updating to version 4.6.4 (build 16610), French localization doesn't
 work at least for transfer windows and notifications (text stays in
 English).

 Applescripts waiting for window "Transferts" to appear don't work anymore
 as the window's name is now "Transfers". Notifications now say "Upload
 complete" instead of "Téléchargement terminé". etc.
