 HI

 I am trying to setup a new FTP account in cyberduck but every time i try
 to connect it comes up with

 "connection failed" "connection refused"
 Newtwork diagnostics |  cancel | try again

 I can connect to my existing bookmarks in cyber duck.

 Any ideas of why this wont work??
