Comment:

 I had exactly the same experience on Windows 7.

 Connecting to Rackspace, the upload button was greyed out in 4.6.4  I
 tried 4.6.3 - same issue. Then 4.5.2 - same issue.

 So I installed 4.4.3 and now it uploads fine. It would be a bit of a pain
 to upgrade to 4.6.4, upload the cyberduck.log and then downgrade back to
 4.4.3 but I will if someone promises to look at it!
