New description:

 I got this error when i want to move some large files:

 copy source: 5368709120. Please contact your web hosting service provider
 for assistance.

 i got this message when i'm trying to cut and past or move with drag and
 drop

 but if i got to https://console.aws.amazon.com/s3/home and with the same
 credential i use cut and past is work perfectly.
