 The WEB-URL, that is different form the server url, is not considered at
 all when copying or opening the web-url of a file. It always tries to open
 the https server url.

 I.e.:

 Server URL:
 cloud-server.something.com

 Path:
 /12345

 Web-URL:
 http://somedomain.com/12345
 or http://somedomain.com/
 Both don't work

 Copy WEB-URL/Open Web-URL: Always providing https://tenantid:accesskey
 @cloud-server.something.com/12345/filename.xxx
