#8933: Unable to use private key when opening SFTP URLs
------------------------+----------------------------
    Reporter: Docproc | Owner: dkocher
        Type: defect | Status: new
    Priority: normal | Milestone:
   Component: sftp | Version: 4.7.1
Severity: normal | Keywords: sftp ssh key
Architecture: Intel | Platform: Mac OS X 10.10
------------------------+----------------------------
I am working with an SFTP server. In Cyberduck, I have set the server up
as a Bookmark, using my private key. This works fine.

The problem I am encountering is what happens when I click on an sftp://
link in my browser (Chrome). The following happens:

 1. Cyberduck opens
 2. It presents me with a "Login failed" dialog (even though I've
previously been able to use a bookmark for this same site)
 3. In the "Login failed" dialog, I uncheck Anonymous login, and enter my
 FTP username
 4. I click "Use Public Key Authentication", the file chooser opens
 5. I select my public key (which works in the bookmark), click "Choose"
 6. The file chooser closes, but there is no indication that the private
key has been selected - the window still says "No private key selected"

There is an error displayed in the system log when I close the file
chooser, I've attached it as a text file (some file paths redacted). There
is now output in the Cyberduck log drawer.

 I am on Mac OS X 10.10.4

Let me know if you need anything else!

 Glenn.
