#8635: Update to 4.6.5 - Connection Issues

 After updating the client to 4.6.5 (17000), I started experiencing issues
 with connection to Rackspace Cloud Files.
 I am able to connect successfully and file transfers/folder
 creation/deletion is intermittent. I get errors such as:
 Cannot create folder 'foldername'
 <url>:443 failed to respond.
 -Try Again
 -Network Diagnostics

 Also received multiple "disconnection" pop-up notifications from CyberDuck
 when attempting to perform these functions.

 I had this issue on two different machines in two different locations.
 After reverting back to 4.6.4 everything was working fine again.
