 THIS IS MY 3RD ATTEMPT AT ISSUING A TICKET - YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING.

 My client keeps getting an error message when she tries to download from
 cyberduck. The file looks like it was uploaded correctly and i just
 purchased the latest version of cyberduck but i'm still getting the error.
 please advise. asap. thank you.
