New description:

 Hello all,

 While downloading/uploading large files (InDesign, PShop, etc.) connection
 randomly freezes, and after few seconds shows message "Connection timed
 out". It doesn't matter whether it's via FTP or SFTP. Same issue under Mac
 and Windows platform, and I've got to resume it over and over again.
 FileZilla don't have that issue, but that's not the workaround for me.
 I've got to get this done under Cyberduck. Any advice?.
