 I am unable to open the program cyberduck 4.4.3 using windows 7 without
 getting a pop up window asking me if I want to allow this unknown
 publisher to make any changes to my computer.  When I say no cyberduck
 will not open and when I say yes, the program will open but I am unable to
 transfer anything through the FTP connection.  When I try to drag & drop
 instead of seeing a (+) I see red circle with a line through it.

 I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, restarting the
 computer and I still cannot identify why I am unable to use this program.

 Thank you for any assistance you can provide as Big Commerce has stated
 that although they recommend using this program they offer no support or
 troublshooting for cyberduck.
