 I'm trying to get Cyberduck installed in the college Mac lab where I
 teach, and am encountering IT push back that I suspect is simply not true.
 My IT department contends that:

   Cyberduck installs additional Microsoft components without notification,
 I cannot install this into our network without fully testing how those
 additional components will impact all of our other software. So the answer
 is no, Filezilla is the FTP software for our desktops (Mac & PC).

 Is there any truth to the above statement for Mac or PC?
