 In version 4.7, the default editor (Edit > Preferences > Editor) is now
 set as Notepad, whereas it was blank before.

 As a result, it's no longer possible to double-click files to edit them in
 the default editor, unless they are text files. For example, if one
 double-clicks an Excel file on a WebDAV share, the Excel file opens in
 Notepad and looks garbled as a result.
