 You mean that I really have to contact my webhosting service provider? As
 you can read the issue is only there with Cyberduck and not with other
 programs, it seems to be a client side issue and not server side. I read
 that this issue is also with Cyberduck and Autocad files. Is there any
 solutions known about that?
