Comment:

 Would it be possible that you still contact your webhosting service
 provider for assistance. We can see no reason why the server responds with
 a `404` for a file previously included in its `PROPFIND` response. The
 provider will most possibly need to request second level assistance from
 ''Microsoft''. I will close this issue until you can provide feedback from
 the provider.
