Comment:

 Make sure to download the
 [https://trac.cyberduck.io/wiki/help/en/howto/softlayer#ConnectionProfiles
 Connection Profile] for Softlayer. The OpenStack connection type in
 Cyberduck defaults to Keystone (2.0) authentication whereas Softlayer only
 supports legacy (1.0) authentication which is configured in the profile.
