 It turns out that the FTP proxy setting is no longer needed.  But
 regardless of the state of the "FTP" proxy checkbox in the Proxies tab of
 the network adapter's Advanced settings, whether or not this is checked,
 having the "Use system proxy settings" checkbox checked in Cyberduck's
 preferences will cause the connection to fail.  Unchecking the Cyberduck
 "Use system proxy settings" checkbox, the connection succeeds.  See
