 My employee has Cyber Duck installed on his laptop. We are not sure of his
 userID, password and FTP. He does not have this information. Could someone
 assist me in resetting his information?

 I am his HR/Office Manager and I am working on setting up his new laptop.
 May I have instructions on how to reset this information?
