 I asked in ticket 9442 about automatically syncing files. I had follow up
 questions in ticket 9453 that were not answered. How much is that? I
 already pay bigcommerce and the web developer I fired.Is there no way to
 do it using the version I have installed? closing my tickets without
 answers is going to lead me to use a different product.
