New description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect to server
2. Select file for downloading, use either "download as" or simply
"download"
3. cyberduck downloads the file (can be seen in "transfers" tab, takes
some seconds and then it shows "Download complete")
Result after completing the download:
* Can't click on "Show" icon (disabled)
* The file is not existing in the local position (in this example, at
"~/Downloads/all_chrs.txt")
Remark: the problem occurs only approximately 50% of all transfers - even
for the very same files. So my current workaround is just to try several
times in a row, but it is very inconvenient.
