New description:

 1) Do you have instructions that explain how to transfer S3 files (mostly
 video url's) from one S3 bucket into a new S3 bucket that's in  the same
 S3 account?

 2) Is it still possible that transferring files from one bucket into
 another bucket can damage them like it says here? #7638
