 Hi,
 I cannot connect to the sftp server I'm working with.
 It's the first time this is happening today.

 I get the message "Connection Failed - Connection refused. The connection
 attempt was rejected. The server may be down, or your network may not be
 properly configured."

 I'm trying to connect to:
 developers.cargocollective.com
 on port 22
