Comment:

 Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance to
 determine which protocol you should use (both FTP and SSH is enabled on
 the server) and if he is aware of issues with the server leading to a
 timeout with requests. Otherwise there is an issue with your network setup
 that causes the timeouts.
