 The Ident Protocol (Identification Protocol, IDENT) is not required for
 FTP. I suspect you have been passed some confusing information. Please
 just try to connect to the server in question prior your purchase to make
 sure it works using the version of Cyberduck available from
 [https://cyberduck.io].
