Comment:

 We should already map the extension `mpd` to the MIME type
 `application/dash+xml` as it is listed in our
 [https://trac.cyberduck.io/browser/trunk/core/src/main/resources/mime.types
 MIME types mapping file]. Please post the transcript of the upload if the
 `Content-Type` header sent is wrong or missing.
