 Thank you for your help!

 I am using a Mac and tried pressing ⌘-L but nothing happened. I also tried
 going directly to: "View ->Toggle Log Drawer" but again nothing happened.
 I am not familiar with Macs - am I missing an important piece of the
 puzzle here?  Can you tell me if there is an alternate way to get at the
 transcript?

 At this point, it no longer begins the download but just "hangs" there. I
 am attaching a screenshot.
