 Hi,
 Thank you for getting back to me but I did put in all possible pw and paid
 attention to caps & still cannot access my Cyberduck software.

 Do you have any one I can talk to help me ( SUPPORT LINE, CYBERDUCK
 SPECIALIST ETC.......) to  resolve this as I can't access my files that
 are the media on my web sight Brahna Stone.com which are organized with
 Cyberduck for both film & video and I need access as my site is having
 issues that necessitate my accessing Cyberduck.
