 Hi  there,

 I installed  ducky    for mac but cant figure out why Create Archive is
 not working  when I try it on remote server. ..

 Offers several options but they are grayed out.  see attachment

 Please advise and thanks

 My system mac os El Capitan  and ducky Cyberduck-4.9.1.19769
