 I'm not sure if there's anything that can really be done about this, or
 what might be causing it but I've noticed since the last couple of updates
 cmd+tab seems to take almost a second to show when switching from another
 app.

 A second might not seem long, but when you're doing live edits and
 repeatedly switching from your editor to Cyberduck, it gets a bit annoying
 after a while.
