New description:

 Using Cyberduck for Mac.  There is an update available but I keep getting
 the following message:

 Update Unavailable with This Apple ID
 This update is  not available for this Apple ID either because it was
 bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.
 }}}


 I have the software to use for a group I volunteer with. I downloaded the
 software using their email address and information but use it on my
 computer.

 Can you help?
