 Thanks for the reply. Let's suppose for the moment they are in my local
 drive. Then why are they writing to the root of my S3 bucket, whereas 100%
 of my writes are going to a sub directory of root? That logic doesn't hold
 up, right?

 Did you look at both screen shots submitted? One shows the specific text
 found in the file. These are current files that are being created at the
 time of Cyberduck transferring other files to Amazon.

 I appreciate this seems odd, but I'm struggling to understand: 1. How
 these files are being created and where for that matter.
