 The bug started after one of the 5.3 updates, not sure which. Then I tried
 the 6 beta and now running the 6.0.0.

 The steps to replicate are:

 1) Connect to a bookmarked server
 2) Wait for a few minutes to go idle
 3) Try to edit/create/list on that server
 4) Program freezes

 If instead of #3 I go back to bookmarks and I reconnect from the start it
 doesn't freezes like #9822
