#10027: Cyberduck Bookmarks not showing in Mountain Duck

 After updating Mountain Duck to 2.0.0 (7289) on the Beta Channel, the
 Cyberduck Bookmarks were gone. (Cyberduck 6.2.0 (25806)).
 I tried the nightly channel and MD is now on build 7290, but still no
 bookmarks.

 What worked: Copy the bookmarks from %APPDATA%\Cyberduck\Bookmarks to
 %APPDATA%\Mountain Duck\Bookmarks.
 But when I create a new bookmarks in either CD or MD, they won't show up
 in the other app, respectively.
