 (this is happening in v5.3.9 - 23624, not 5.3.5 which is the latest option
 I can select)

 How to repro:
 - Open an S3 bucket
 - Look for a file with Everyone READ permission
 - Click Edit With/... and open an editor
 - Modify the file and save it
 - Check the permissions again - the READ permission has been removed

 FWIW, I edited a text file with BBEdit and as well as the public ACL, the
 owner had FULL_CONTROL (this permission remained intact).
