 Versions 5.3.8 and 5.3.9, Mac OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan, FTP, use browser
 connection, auto enters Passive Mode

 Initiating transfer (dragging file to browser window or using File menu +
 upload/download) displays filename and activity throbber animation in
 status bar and Activity window, but no transfer occurs. Stop button
 cancels animation. Final item in Log Drawer is successful LIST command; no
 new info appears when attempting transfer. Does not prompt to overwrite
 file.

 Issue not present in version 5.3.7.
