New description:

 I have a some internet problems, and sometimes I don't notice the tooltip
 saying the transfert failed when I save a file opened on the server, and
 downloaded in local temp folder by CyberDuck.
 It would be usefull to have the possibility to show upload in the
 transfert windows, with sames options than downloads (put in front when
 upload starting, close when upload completes, remove from the list when
 upload completes).
