New description:

 When I duplicate a foder that contains 2 files, the folder is duplicated
 but the files that it constains are not. Cyberduck tells:

 {{{
 Impossible to create FolderXXX. 550 Can't create directory: file exists".

 }}}

 Folder XXX is created however, not the files that it contains.

 I have already sent a ticket about this problem for version 5.3.3, and the
 bug has been corrected: see ticket #9818. Installing the update 6.0.0 this
 morning, the error reappears!
