 * Connected to encrypted vault over FTP (but I don't think that matters)
 * Click "Upload"
 * Upload file browser opens to some folder (last used maybe?)
 * Notice selecting any file or folder populates the "Choose:" text box
 * Use the "Up One Level" icon to navigate one step up the tree
 * Notice selecting any file still populates the "Choose:" text box
 * Notice selecting any folder **doesn't** change the contents of the
 "Choose:" text box
 * Use "Up One Level" icon to navigate one step up in the tree
 * Drill **down** into the same folder you just navigated up from
 * Notice **now** selecting a folder will again populate the "Choose:" text
 box
