 We would want to store passwords in the credential manager on Windows, but
 the [https://docs.microsoft.com/en-
 us/uwp/api/Windows.Security.Credentials.PasswordVault#Windows_Security_Credentials_PasswordVault_Add_Windows_Security_Credentials_PasswordCredential_
 Windows.Security.Credentials.PasswordVault] API is limited to 10 passwords
 per application.
