 I have a guest webdav account with no password and the cyberduck GUI will
 not allow a blank password.  This happens in the Open Connection screen.
 It also happens after creating a bookmark and being prompted for a
 password.  Either dialog will not accept a blank password.

 I was able to connect to the same server with the cyberduck CLI.
