 I followed the help guidelines but cannot connect to SharePoint Online.
 For clarity, SharePoint Online is not the same as OneDrive for Business.
 They are completely different apps. I read ticket #9968, I have the same
 issue, but there's no resolution in that ticket. Can someone please
 provide me the steps to connect to SharePoint Online? Perhaps include
 screen shots? Many thanks!
