 Sometimes (happens frequently, but not all the time) when I try to Drag
 and Drop a file to upload to my Google Drive, it would not start uploading
 or give any response (program not frozen, reacts like nothing has been
 dropped into the program window). The only way to get the file to upload
 is to either select "upload" and navigate to the file or restart Cyberduck
 (drag and drop would work again).
