Comment:

 Upload by sftp fails - see attachment 2.
 Established an sftp connection from my mac High Sierra to my site on
 siteground.com and created a new directory ok, but all attempts to upload
 files from my Mac High Sierra failed.
 Please refund my purchase as previously requested in this ticket.
