 Hello,

 We're unable to transfer images using Cyberduck. We've tried resolving the
 issue with our hosting service provider, and they've referred us to you.
 We are able to connect, but we keep receiving an error message saying
 "Listing directory import6 failed". Our hosting service provider only
 supports Cyberduck, and we really need to transfer these images as soon as
 possible.
