 When changing the FTP and SFTP file handlers to CyberDuck, the changes
 don't stick.

 To replicate:

 1. Go to Preferences
 2. Pick FTP or SFTP
 3. Change the handler to CyberDuck. The change will appear to have stuck.
 4. Change to another preferences pane, and then change back. The changes
 will have reverted.
