 "Connection refused (Connection refused). The connection attempt was
 rejected. The server may be down, or your network may not be properly
 configured."

 I have already thoroughly checked everything on my end at the hosting
 service provider. Nothing is wrong on that end. I can't seem to connect
 due to having tried to delete a folder called "zerotimeparent" from that
 specific server and I thought exiting would solve the case but I was wrong
 and I cannot seem to get back on.

 Please kindly assist in this matter, due to this error, my website will
 not function properly on the web.
