 When Uploading a large file, sometimes the progress bar will indicate 100%
 and yet continue to upload, usually giving a numerical readout of 2-300%
 before actually finishing the upload...

 If I refresh the FTP window when the Cyberduck progress bar has indicated
 100% the file size is only a small fraction of the actual expected file
 size.
