 I have tried changing passwords, etc., and I'm still unable to access. The
 pop up says: Unsecured FTP connection. Password will be sent in plaintext.
 Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance. I've
 contacted them, I changed my password, and yet, it still doesn't work. any
 ideas?
