#10325: Cyberduck CLI behind proxy on Windows (user environment variables)

Architecture:            |   Platform:  Windows 7

 I can't figure out if it is possible to use Cyberduck CLI (duck.exe)
 behind a proxy on windows.
 I can't view/edit Internet Explorer > Tools > Connections, because it is
 managed by admin.

 I can set user environment variables, i'de like to be able to set the
 proxy with one of the following:
 1) User env variables: "https_proxy", "http_proxy", "ftp_proxy", as:
 "http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@server:port"
 2) Alternatively a config file with these same keys: eg
 "https_proxy=http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@server:port"
 3) Alternatively as part of the command line.
 This is how some other programs do it, wget supports all 3 options.

 I understand all 3 are not secure, but if there is not other option then
 that that is users call.

 duck.exe 6.4.6
