 I am getting a timed out code, unable to connect. I do not know what to
 do.
 "Operation timed out (Connection timed out). The connection attempt was
 rejected. The server may be down our your network may not be properly
 configured."

 I am not an IT person, but have checked my network settings and they are
 fine. I don't know what else to do.
